This position is part of the Global ERP and Middleware team working with various locations around the world to supporting business solutions and systems that require middleware functionality. Candidate should have middleware solution operational support, system administration, or related experience.Responsibilities: Provide operational support to middleware applications 24x7 (Onshore /Offshore model) including rotating on-call duties. Monitor, provide support, and provide expert knowledge for system stability and availability. Create and maintain job schedules and manage execution within expected service levels. Perform root cause analysis and assist in efficient resolution of all production incidents Perform routine operations tasks including server monitoring, periodic system health check, integration performance monitoring, and resolving production incidents, participate in collaborative working teams, and executing planned production changes. Ensure ongoing operations remain within established SLA. Contribute to operational excellence with continuous improvement activities. Participate in disaster recovery planning, design, implementation, business impact analysis, vulnerability assessment and contingency planning Demonstrate excellent verbal and written customer service skills through all levels of communication Contribute to the knowledge repository to help ensure that information is disseminated.Qualifications and Key Competencies: 8 to 10 years of experience on WebMethods components such as webMethods Integration Server, Broker, Developer, Designer, Deployer, Trading Network & My webMethods Server (MWS) (8.x/9.x/10.x) Experience on maintenance and support of WebMethods Integration Server and WM Administration. Code Debug and Code Analysis experience is a must. Experience in configuring Adapters, listeners, schedulers, Certificate updates and SSL setups. Having exposure to different file formats such XML/EDI/FlatFile is a plus. Working knowledge of Incident Management and Change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management. Working knowledge of Six Sigma and 9 Step Problem Solving (A3) preferred. Ability to work in team and demonstrated capability to involve all team members for supporting and maintain the application Possess excellent communication skills, presenting, listening and informing.
