  • Review all studio design workincluding image selections, layouts, typography, and visual elementsto ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintain high-quality design standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy before internal or stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure integrity in visual hierarchy, typography, color accuracy, image selection, and retouching.
  • Identify design challenges and skill gaps, proactively communicating them to optimize studio performance.
  • Collaborate with studio designers and creative leads to clarify project requirements and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Visual Communications or a related field in Graphic Design.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an agency or a similar creative environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC Libraries, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and quality assurance skills.
