As a crucial member of the finance department, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring robust financial decision-making processes.Key Accountabilities:- Drive the generation of free cash flow, gross working capital, and revenue in alignment with the business plan.- Ensure optimal return on investments for strategic projects and assets.- Collaborate closely with the operations team to implement. benchmarking and digital initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing costs.- Uphold the highest standards of governance, ethics, compliance, and transparent reporting while effectively managing business risks.Qualification and Knowledge:- CA with a minimum of 12 years of experience.- Academic Criteria: 60% throughout in 10th, 12th & Graduation and Post-graduation, with a maximum 1-year gap between either XII & Graduation or between Graduation & Post Graduation.
