Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to contribute to our revenue growth by connecting with customers and offering them the right financial solutions. Your role will focus on building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets through effective strategies. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable financial products.
  • Convert leads into successful sales by maintaining consistent follow-ups.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through market research and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Record and report sales activities, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
 Eligibility Criteria: 
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales (BFSI preferred but not mandatory).
  • Age: 21 to 32 years.
  • Candidates must be local residents.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • A self-starter with a results-oriented attitude.
