Job Description

As an experienced candidate for the role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to HSEF policies and standards, complying with statutory regulations, and implementing Process Safety Management in the Plant. Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing credible scenarios for loss of containment & mitigation- Establishing Production budget in conjunction with the business- Setting operating envelope for the plant in consultation with CES/CTS- Planning and allocating resources to achieve production targets- Creating, assigning, executing, and following up on operations task lists- Leading interdisciplinary teams to improve asset integrity- Monitoring and controlling the cost of production- Implementing PIOs to facilitate learning and skill development of subordinates- Communicating IMS objectives to the plant team- Contributing to CSR activities at the site- Ensuring compliance with safety audits, incidents, and near miss recommendations- Promoting employee involvement in Best Practices such as QCC, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S- Reviewing and approving SOP/SOCQualification Required:- B.E./B.
