Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Building Materials, particularly ALC Wall Panels. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence across key locations including Hyderabad, Bharuch, Surat, and Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project sales and business development, with a passion for building materials and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote ALC wall panels and other building materials.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with architects, contractors, and builders.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, specifically in project sales and business development within the building materials sector.
    • Skills: Strong knowledge of adhesives, steel, gypsum, AAC, ALC, and wall panels.
    • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 7,00,000. The work schedule is during the day, and the role requires on-site presence.
