Textile Production Engineer - Textile IndustryKey Responsibility Area:
• In production responsible to all planning for preparation lots for all machines.
• Experience of handling WEAVTEX, GALVIN AND fong(yarn&horizontal version fabric dyeing machines) dyeing machines. which deals with dyeing and Fabric of textile material in the yarn form. I am responsible for the all the technical aspects in the unit.
• Assist to Department Manager - production planning, consumption of dyes and chemical consumptions.
• Responsible for planning all the lots to all the machines.
• Responsible for the quality of the yarn, Shade matching, Winding,re winding, all the wet processes such as (scouring, bleaching, dyeing, after treatment), Workers allocation, also to ensure smooth flow, so there is no interruption in any process.
• Experience of handling FONGS(vertical virsion) package dyeing machine, MODEL NO. - ALLWIN 226, ALLWIN 145,ALLWIN-70, ALLWIN 53 and LABWIN 12.
• Experience of handling SSM soft package winding machine, MODEL NO. - PS1-W.
• Experience of handling SSM winding machine, MODEL NO. - CW8-W and CW1-W
• Experience of handling DETTIN hydro- extractor, MODEL NO.- BERTA 36 T.E .
• Experience of handling MONGA STRAYFIELD R.F. DRIER, MODEL NO.- S0- 100 T.
• Planning and arrangement of material required for fabric dyeing.
• Monitoring all parameters going within safe limits of dyeing m/cs.
• Maintaining various record such as log book, production report, recipe records etc.
• Motivating and delivering duties to subordinates, supervisors for better production.
Dyeing house in Knitted Fabric Dyeing, Yarn Dyeing, Finishing, QA Lab & Wet Lab & Knitting. During This training I am studying different textile material dyeing process, testing methods and chemicals & Auxiliary used in textile industry. In this training I am upgrading my technical and supervisory skill by see and learn, work and learn Technique.,
