To communicate with customers over video calls (if needed, over calls, and email too sometimes). The communication will primarily be in English, but knowing more languages is a benefit. To help customers understand the video KYC process and take them through all the steps. To help customers if they are facing any problems during the Video KYC process. To document and report any problems/complaints/issues. Take ownership of getting the resolution to the customer. To maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. To know our products thoroughly, and keep yourself updated with all the changes that take place in them.
