• Profile:SDM/CAM/SR.CAM- Bancassurance
• Exp.:2 years + in BFSI Sales
• CTC: 1.80 to 3.5(60k Bonus) LPA + Incentives
• Industry: Life Insurance
• Managing the life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.
• Handling a team of on-roll managers.
• Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.
• Follow up with Operations and Training the Lead Generators of Banks.
• To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.
• Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.
• Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
• Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.
Required Skills:
• Must have team handling exp.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be sales driven.
Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
• Age between 21 to 38 Years
• Local Stability: - 6 month
• Stability with Last Employer: - Minimum 6 months
