Job Description

: Computer OperatorKey Responsibilities:1. Data Entry and Management:Input and update inventory data into the warehouse management system (WMS).Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all entries.Maintain records of received and shipped goods.2. Inventory Control:Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stock outs.Assist in periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.Generate and analyze inventory reports.3. System Operations:Operate and troubleshoot warehouse computer systems and software.Ensure all systems are functioning properly and report any issues to the IT department.4. Support Warehouse Operations:Assist warehouse staff with system-related issues and provide training as needed.Coordinate with the warehouse manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Help implement process improvements and best practices for warehouse management.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.Experience: Previous experience as a computer operator or in a similar role is desirable. Fresher can also apply.Technical Skills:Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).Familiarity with computer hardware and peripheral devices.Basic understanding of networking and data communications.Knowledge of backup and recovery processes.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Working Conditions:May require shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of computer equipment.Experience:2-3 yearsSalary Range:10,000 to 15,000 Expertia AI Technologies
