Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Bhopal region for our energy drink portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and drive growth in the assigned territory through effective sales strategies, planning, and execution.2. Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.3. Distribution Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand distribution channels, including new accounts and increasing product availability in existing accounts.4. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure sales excellence.5. Trade Marketing: Collaborate with the trade marketing team to develop and execute promotional programs, including in-store displays, sampling events, and trade shows.6. Budget Management: Manage sales budgets, including expenses, incentives, and trade spending.7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, analysis, and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.Requirements1. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably in energy drinks.2. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Skills: 1. Proven sales leadership and management skills. 2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. 4.
