Job Description

Job Title: Retail F&B HeadLocation: BhopalJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven leader to head our Retail Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing multiple F&B outlets across airports, food courts, malls, or high-footfall retail environments. The role requires a strong business mindset with proven expertise in driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience, and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end operations of multiple F&B retail outlets.Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance while ensuring achievement of revenue targets.Own and manage P&L, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.Ensure consistent implementation of operational SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Lead, coach, and develop large cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.Monitor productivity, inventory, wastage, shrinkage, and cost optimization initiatives.Manage franchise operations and ensure compliance with brand standards, where applicable.Strengthen customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively.Collaborate with procurement, finance, HR, marketing, and other support functions to ensure seamless operations.Drive new outlet openings, business expansion initiatives, and operational transitions.Build strong relationships with landlords, airport authorities, mall management, franchise partners, and other external stakeholders.Analyze business performance through MIS, KPIs, and operational reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
