Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated preschool teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for children aged 3 to 5 years old.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment
• Monitor and assess childrens progress and communicate with parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure smooth operation of the preschool program
• Attend parent-teacher conferences and other school events
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related field
• State teaching certification for preschool education
• Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
