Job Description

    Location: Bhopal (Work from Office) Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Manage in-house sales operations and ensure smooth process execution.
    • Handle end-to-end lead management, including regular follow-ups and conversion.
    • Identify and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals across PAN India.
    • Support business development initiatives by generating new leads and opportunities.
    • Maintain proper documentation and tracking of leads, client interactions, and conversions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment services.
    Eligibility & Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of sales/business development will be an added advantage.
    • Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
    • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
