With a strong commitment to sustainability and agricultural innovation, weve carved a niche in both the D2C and B2B segments, earning a reputation for quality and trust across the agrochemical industry.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join us as Accounts Head. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the companys overall accounting and finance functions Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and reports Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.) Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies Handled direct and indirect taxation, including tax planning and assessments Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities Lead and mentor the accounting team for operational efficiency Contribute to strategic planning through financial insights and risk managementQualifications & Skills Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based company Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting standards, and audit processes In-depth understanding of Indian taxation laws and corporate finance Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership,
