In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and scalable, directly contributing to data-driven decision-making processes across the company.Key Responsibilities : Data Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and manage scalable pipelines for the efficient collection, processing, and storage of data. Data Integration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to integrate and streamline data across various systems. Database Management: Optimize and maintain databases, ensuring efficient storage, querying, and retrieval of data. Data Quality Assurance: Regularly monitor and improve data quality through validation, cleaning, and consistency checks. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data workflows to enhance overall system efficiency.Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for data architectures, pipelines, and processes for internal use, auditing, and compliance.Qualification : Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years in data engineering or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing solutions. Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous. Additional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
