    • To achieve monthly targets across KPIs, CA, SA, TD, Wealth products both on numbers and values.
    • Grow liabilities book (CA, SA, TD) of mapped portfolio at client/family level through regular client meetings and update CRM meetings daily.
    • Ensure portfolio quality at client/family level by engaging with client to maintain required product/program balances.
    • Increase family banking penetration of mapped portfolio and improve customers to group ratio.
    • Increase income product holding and group income product holding of the mapped portfolio through cross-sell &up-sell.
    • Acquire new HNI customers for the bank, ensure smooth on-boarding and relationship growth through constant engagement.
    • Generate revenue for the bank by offering various products and services to customers.
    • Build strong customer referral model from mapped portfolio to add more NTB customer for the bank.
    • Comply with all regulatory requirements and bank policies.
    • Effectively handle customer complaints, escalations if any.
    • Collaboratively work with all stakeholders to deliver the role expectations.
    • Responsible for 360 degree management of customer including best etiquette and maintaining the highest form of service quality.
    • To clear all certification requirements like AMFI/IRDA and other mandatory certifications.
    • Maintain the hygiene parameters like Re-KYC, Aadhar seeding, PAN updating etc. above the benchmark for the portfolio.
    • To act as single point of contact for all the queries of customer, manage and maintain the relationship and run it towards increasing trend.
    • Establish and foster relationships with mapped customers and potential new customers.
    • Knowledge in terms of managing the wealth customers and products available with the bank and devise sale strategies.
    Required Candidate Profile: Candidate with Banking background. Graduate is must.
