As a Business Analyst for the A3 Data & Analytics (D&A) platform team at ABB, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand new requirements related to data. The work model for the role is hybrid # LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Core IS Services . You will be mainly accountable for: Working closely with the L4 A3 data platform team, solution architects, and stakeholders across ABB to ensure alignment with Core IS data strategy and translate these requirements into actionable user stories, features, and epics following Agile methodologies. Discussing with stakeholders to capture D&A needs, create process diagrams, and validate developer solutions to ensure they meet business needs. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to navigate complex discussions are essential. Providing business analysis for a specific business function or area within an organization, supplying technical and business process / data expertise and supports decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.Qualifications For The Role Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT services, D&A, or a related business area. Experience within ABB is preferred (1 years). Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Preferred certifications include CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data platforms and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders, including Business IS Area Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Application Managers, and Integration Owners. Capable of operating as the sole analyst within large, cross-functional teams, while effectively engaging with stakeholders to deliver the solutions that support business needs.More About Us,
