Job Description

    Manager/Sr. Manager - MaintenanceRoles and ResponsibilitiesPosition PurposeThe Position is overall responsible to plan, execute and perform maintenance activities with minimum breakdown and perform uninterrupted economic utilities operations safely while meeting all statutory and organizational requirements within budgeted costs and time. Helping Maintenance Team to prepare budgets of respective areas.Roles & Responsibilities
    • To ensure best health of equipment by having regular Preventive planned maintenance activities.
    • Execution of improvement projects as when required
    • To develop and implement plant wise preventive maintenance schedule for all equipments and ensure its implementation.
    • Identify and update minimum stock requirement for critical spares
    • Raise requirement of other spares for procurement
    • To attend any break down and followed with detailed root cause analysis. Perform analysis of data and implement action plan evaluated from cause analysis.
    • Implement energy saving programme in the organization.
    • Ensure safe practices in the function and people.
    • Responsible to ensure that all equipment operate as per set standard condition and take a call for planned maintenance to carry of any deviation
    • To minimise the break down and ensuring smooth running of the plant
    • Maintain and update ISO documents
    • Should possess knowledge of PLC/DCS and suggest improvements for better automization of plant
    • Responsible for testing of all applicable equipment as per statutory requirement
    • Ensure smooth working of the department and maintain high Morale of the Workforce
    • Provide on Job guidance to sub-ordinates to enhance skills and knowledge
