Dear Candidate,Greetings from JobStation.Looking to grow your career as a Piping Engineer in a stable and reputed organization Heres the right opportunity for you.We have an urgent opening for the position of Piping Engineer in a leading Oil & Gas industry, responsible for piping design, layout planning, technical coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of piping activities in pipeline projects.Piping QC engineering is a specialized field in mechanical engineering dealing with piping and layout of equipment in various petrochemical, chemical, and hydrocarbon facilities.Piping QC engineers primary responsibilities being to create the layout of overall plant facilities, place equipment and process unit in the plot, and ensure the connected piping design is as per the P&ID Some of the essential design competencies in piping engineering are as follows:
• Plant Setup and Layout
• Equipment Layout
• Piping placements and Layout
• Various Piping Materials
• Pipe Supports
• Piping Stress Analysis
Qualification of proposed Piping QC Engineer:
• The proposed piping QC engineer shall be either graduate or diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Certified welding inspector through preferably CSWIP 3.1 or AWS
• SNT-TC-A1 ASNT Level II in VT, RT, UT, MPT, and DPT methods.
• The minimum experience shall be 2 years in case of graduate and 5 years in case of diploma.
