Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Drive network expansion activities across the Bhopal territory. Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable properties for new store openings. Conduct market surveys and map potential expansion areas. Negotiate lease/rental agreements and secure properties at the best commercial terms. Manage relationships and coordinate with landlords of existing and new properties. Conduct property inspections and physical verification of sites. Gather, verify, and maintain property-related documents such as Title Deeds, Sale Agreements, and Encumbrance Certificates. Ensure documentation compliance and due diligence for new store openings. Update property databases with accurate site information, photographs, measurements, and amenities. Conduct site visits and explain property features to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements. Track local property trends, competitor activities, and market pricing.Required Skills: Leasing and Property Acquisition experience. Strong knowledge of the Bhopal real estate market. Market Analysis and Strategic Planning. Negotiation and Relationship Management. Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills. Experience in localization, site acquisition, and network expansion activities.
