    Job descriptionUrgent Hiring for Bank Teller and A/Service Deliver Manager at IndusInd Bank, BhopalTeller - Salary package Upto 3.75 lac PAA/Service Deliver Manager - Upto 5 lac PAObjectives of this role Serve customers by managing documents, information, and financial transactions. Build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on the business referral opportunities. Meet and exceed bank service standards, greeting and acknowledging each customer to make them feel welcome, while complying with bank procedures and security protocols.Responsibilities Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashiers checks. Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and direct customers to branch representatives as needed Reconcile cash drawers at the end of the day, count and package coins and notes. Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests. Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile.Required skills and qualifications Bachelors degree (or equivalent) Basic math and computer skills Cash-handling experience Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills Skills for upselling and recommending Bank products like FD, RD, Digital penetration.
