The Team Lead BPO will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing the performance and productivity of team members, and ensuring adherence to established procedures and policies. This role involves tracking and reporting metrics, providing training and support, addressing operational issues, and facilitating communication between team members and management. The Team Lead BPO will also play a key role in process improvement initiatives and maintaining client satisfaction.Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Experience in BPO operations and adherence to procedures and policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to track, analyze, and report performance metrics Problem-solving and process improvement skills Training and support experience Client relationship management skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Experience in the BPO industry is a plus,
