Job Description

    Position: Technical Project Lead/ Project ManagerExperience: 8 Yrs in Python/Django/ReactJs is a mustType: Permanent (Full Time)Location: WFO,Bhopal, Madhya PradeshWork Schedule: Monday to FridayShift Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Daylight Saving: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM IST)Responsibilities:Manage the product development and get the work done.Run Scrum Calls, follow agile and complete sprintsDevelop/Update a detailed project plan to track progress.Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient problem-solving.Coordinate across teams, ensuring seamless workflow between design, development, testing, and deployment stages.Oversee product releases, post-release tasks, updates, and enhancements for sustained success and user satisfaction.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.Report and. escalate to management as needed.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.Requirements:Possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in team management.Demonstrated technical acumen, complemented by practical exposure to software development and web technologies.Proven project management skill, handling global clients with effective escalation management.Extensive Agile team leadership experience, adaptable to team sizes (10-15 resources).Proficiency in Python/React is preferred.If youre a highly motivated professional with a strong technical foundation and a flair for managing teams, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects within our innovative organization.
