Job Description

    Hiring for Trading Manager (Wheat /Grain)Location- BhopalExp- 7 YearsQualification -MBAJob Responsibility-General Description - To achieve branch trading targets and to assist Trading Manager & Business Managers of Wheat, Maize, paddy, & Rice at DHQ, in achieving commodity wise procurement and trading targets. To handle sourcing operations effectively by close coordination with the channel team. To look out for avenues for increasing trading profitability in existing commodities as well as identify trading opportunities in new commodities. To provide trading inputs about various commodities to the specialist and assist him in taking key trading decisionProcurement: Purchase of Different Agri Commodities like Wheat, Paddy through multiple channels like trader, broker, & FPO network across the state according to the plan and at competitive landed rate.Sourcing for internal customer: To ensure that the required target of wheat sourcing is being delivered with the most optimum pricing across locations for internal customer which is FBD.Sale /Trading: To manage the seed sale/trading activity of the branch in a profitable manner and as per the prevailing market situation so that maximum profitability can be achieved.Structured Trade: Identifying and execution of structure trade in the assigned territory.Price Discovery: To ensure that the correct & competitive prices are set for trading, FPO buying & timely revision of the same is done if required. Averaging of the pricing for creating a competitive price basket for the state and for the division so that maximum profitability along with higher volume is achieved at Divisional level.Liaisoning: Maintain a good and healthy relationship with the customers, external agencies including govt offices and expedite all work within interest.Audit and Compliances: Complete adherence to SOP and resolving any Audit related queriesStrategic support and Market Reports: To be aware of the market movements, future trends and competitors activity so that it helps the organization in taking decisions related to business.Divisional Plan: To participate in various task forces and to facilitate business team to develop the business plan for the division.
