Job Description (JD) for a Telecaller:-Company Name - Bricksoin Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.: Job Title: Telecaller Location: Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore(M.P.) Job Type: Full-Time Timings : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our growing team at Bricksoin Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our financial products, answering inquiries, and facilitating lead conversion. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.  Key Responsibilities: Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases. Product Presentation: Introduce and explain financial products and services, including loans, investment plans, insurance, etc. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities and convert leads into appointments. Follow-Up: Engage with existing clients for follow-up calls to maintain and strengthen relationships. CRM Management: Update and manage client information in the CRM system accurately. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the management for continuous improvement. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and call handling.   Key Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in financial services, is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
