Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Unit Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of agents in the Agency Vertical.This role involves achieving sales targets, developing agent productivity, and ensuring consistent business growth within the assigned unit. Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents to build a productive sales unit.
  • Drive sales of insurance products through the agency network in the assigned unit.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for agents to achieve unit goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to agents to enhance their performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase agent engagement and sales efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
 Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2-6 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Target-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a competitive environment.
