Job descriptionInterview for a Domestic cum International Airline for a Cabin Crew/ Air Hostess/ Ground Staff Positions for Both Males and Females.

• Assist passengers with booking reservations, issuing tickets, and processing payments.
• Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and travel policies.
• Check-in passengers and their baggage; ensure compliance with security and safety regulations.
• Resolve booking discrepancies, seat assignment issues, and other customer inquiries.
• Handle changes to flight itineraries, including rebooking flights and issuing new tickets.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities.
• Coordinate with airline staff, ground crew, and airport authorities to ensure smooth passenger flow.
• Promote and sell ancillary products and services, such as travel insurance and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, passenger interactions, and flight transactions.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to enhance the passenger experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming Passengers and Solving issues.
• Providing them with proper flight instructions
• Keeping a check on passengers and their safety
• Greeting passengers and guiding them to their respective seat
• Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: -
• Minimum 102 or a Graduate
• Excellent Communication skills ( Both English & Hindi), if you know other Language, will be a added advantage
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Age between 18-35 yrs.
