    ABFL-SM-STSL-BhubaneshwarKEY RESULT AREAS: WRITE THE KEY RESULTS EXPECTED FROM THE JOB AND THE SUPPORTING ACTIONS FOR EACH OF THESE KEY RESULT AREAS (FOR A MAJORITY OF JOBS TYPICALLY THERE COULD BE 4- 7 KEY RESULT AREAS)Key Result AreasSupporting ActionsBusiness growth through Channel Management-Effectively grow and manage different types of channel partners to ensure meeting of topline & bottom line targetsChannel typesDirect Sales AgentsOnline aggregators Internal sources that provide qualified leads like marketing departmentResearch to scout for potential channel partnersGather data for evaluation of potential channel partnersMeet & support the negotiation of terms of engagement with potential in lines with business potentialSupport in the onboarding of the channel partnersConstantly engage with & activate channel partners while ensuring targeted ROEs for the channel partnersMonitor SLAs, sales efficiencies and RoI of channelsBusiness growth through Customer Acquisition-Acquire customers by selling STSL towards meeting topline targetsIdentify business growth opportunitiesMeet customers along with channel partners Organise channel partner, customer visits for seniorsCheck for alignment of cases put up by the channel partners on a daily basis with the internal policies /guidelinesCoordinate with internal stakeholders to process the applicationsNegotiate commercial termsAppropriate Funnel management to ensure adequate conversion from login and disbursementFulfil qualified leads provided by online aggregators, internal sourcesDisbursal& MIS -Timely disbursement of the loans to customers with proper documentationSmooth coordination with vendors for timely submission of relevant customer documents Coordinate with internal teams and respond to their queries to ensure timely & accurate disbursalComplete transactions with customer with appropriate documentationProvide inputs to Area Manager for Sales MISMarket Intelligence-Gather market intelligence towards evolving competitive business strategy, policies & processesGather market intelligence on a regular basisShare the market intelligence with Area managersProvide suggestions for improvement in processes, pricing, policy etc to Area ManagersPortfolio quality& Risk Management -Maintain quality of portfolio to minimize NPAsLiaise with the customers and the Risk team as required to provide regular information required for monitoring the creditworthiness of the proposalsManage portfolio activities augmenting and driving alignment with early alert strategies to reduce lossesProactively identify risks to maintain portfolio quality Track over due account on a daily basis for the businessIntervene to ensure collection for initial overdue accounts on timely basisCollaborate with Collection teams for remaining over due cases & ensure collection on a timely basis Profitability-Implement measures to ensure profitabilityFocus on sales volume and value (higher yield and margins) by right pricing, cross selling, processing feesImplement all cost management initiatives on a timely & accurate basisProcess Efficiency & Operational Effectiveness -Adhere to processes100% Process Adherence for pre & post sourcing processesStakeholder Relationships- Develop relationship with internal stakeholdersProactively build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders for smooth cross-functional coordinationQualifications:Any GraduateMinimum Experience Level:3-5 Years
