Job Description

    Designation: AGM HR NINLQualification: Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA with specialization in HRM/Personnel/IRCTC Offered: 16 LPA (negotiable)Experience: 8-12 yrs. of experience in HRM in an organization of a similar scale, preferably manufacturing organization.Exposure to dealing with union on employee relations matters will be an added advantage as this would be a plant HR profile & major task would be dealing with employees at the shop-floor, managing IR. Candidate should be well-versed in local language.Location of posting: NINL Plant Jajpur, OdishaJob Details
    1. Provide inputs on industrial relations and requirements within the BU(Business Unit) through continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    2. Monitor and ensure compliance of Standing Orders/service rules.
    3. Ensure timely meetings of external stakeholders and relevant people within the organization for operations management (government/labor authorities and other interested parties to discuss labour relations matters, such as contract negotiations
    4. Monitor grievance redressed processes of workforce and ensure timely and appropriate resolution of all issues/concerns through necessary escalations.
    5. Manage statutory returns (Labor Act, Minimum wages act, Factory act etc.)
