AGM - Quality OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo ensure quality adherence at all sites.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To prepare, review and effectively implement QAP post contractor mobilization on site.
• Ensure setting up, effective operation & maintenance of the onsite quality lab as per the Kalpataru standard
• Ensure approved method statements are available, Mock-ups are conducted, kick off meeting with all internal and external stake holders are done and workmen training is completed prior to start of any activity & check effectiveness through feedback sessions.
• Prepare and send weekly reports to Project Head, corporate quality coordinator, all Site Engineers & Supervisors covering site critical issues, improvements done, trainings conducted etc.
• Prepare and Send Monthly Quality Report to Cluster Head, Project Head, Cluster Quality In-charge (CQI) & Corporate Quality covering site critical issues, improvements done, trainings conducted, good practices followed etc.
• Conduct Monthly Quality Meetings. Conduct Quality Walks with Project Managers & Engineers and highlight all major concerns of that week.
• Conduct Quality Walks with Project Heads, Project Engineers and highlight all major concerns of past 2 weeks.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Quality App. at site. Raise and resolve issues with all concerned departments.
• Ensure material inspection is done for all materials through Quality App.
• Perform Snagging of the ready flats/ villas as per defined stages of snagging.
• Suggest/identify alternate materials/processes and ensure implementation for improvement of product/processes on site.
• Ensure implementation of new materials/processes and products in a year - Improvement of the product/processes on site.
• Perform vendor/contractor technical evaluation and submit technical evaluation reports and performance evaluation of vendors/contractors to Contracts and Purchase team.
• Conduct trade tests for trades men and ensure effective induction as per certified level.
• Facilitate onsite training of the workers, supervisors & site engineers
