Job Summary1. The ground staff are responsible for passenger service duties, which include the manning of check-in counters for departing passengers, as well as arrival and departure gates.2. To ensure passenger comfort, the ground crew is responsible for all cabin services.3. Passenger service agents are hired by airlines to attend to customers before, after, or between flights.4. Answering questions and assisting passengers with various needs.5. Taking reservations.6. Issuing tickets.Responsibilities and DutiesGROUND STAFF : -Checking passengers in for flightsRe-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayedAssisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young childrenGiving passengers up-to-date information on flightsAssisting passengers with all enquiries, including lost or delayed baggageCABIN CREW: -attending a pre-flight briefing, during which air cabin crew are assigned their working positions for the upcoming flight. The crew are informed of flight details, the schedule, the number of infants on board and if there are passengers with any special requirements, such as diabetic passengers or passengers in wheelchairscarrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment and doing security checks, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy and that information in the seat pockets is up to date and all meals, drinks and stock are on boardwelcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seatsinforming passengers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored awayRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsAny Male or FemaleAge Between 18-26 for Boys & 18-26 for GirlsGood Command over in English12th or Graduation completed.1.Cabin Crew Jobs Salary Rs.25k to Rs.34k2.Ground Staff Jobs Salary Rs.12k to Rs.15k----------------
