Job Description

    Key Responsibilities The Area Head will be responsible for leading the B2B sales arm for CPD (PPF, WF) segment in Zone. Direct sales experience from Passenger Car/New Car accessories industry background The product line which he will be dealing with is Car Window Films & PPF (Paint Protection Films) This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience and a deep understanding of the automotive and WF industry. He will play a pivotal role in generating leads, converting leads into sales, setting targets, achieving sales targets, supporting dealerships sales team for closing deals & training, strengthening existing relations, building new connections, and driving both volume and value generation in Zone. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the market, with a primary focus on OEMs and large Dealership Group chains, Window Films in his Zone. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, and key decision-makers in. the automotive industry of Zone. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads within the OEM and dealership channels. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.Educational, Experience & Skill-Sets Requirements Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field, MBA Marketing (Preferred) A minimum of 12-17 years of work experience in the automobile industry, with a focus on B2B and B2C sales. Strong knowledge of the segment, including understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
