Job Description

Position-Relationship ManagerCtc- Upto 2.75 lac p.a.Channel- BancaJob type-On rollContact-9104598583CRITERIAMin 1 year sales exp preferred from insurance background(1st preference will be given to banca experience).Candidates who have experience in banking sales can be eligible for this vacancy.Age must be between 22 to 33.Two wheeler is must.Candidate should be local.Locations-West Bengal, Odisha, BiharJob description-

  1. Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of Bank partners.
  2. Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with Business Development Executives (BDE).
  3. Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads.
  4. Liaise with and assist acquisition team of partner bank to build customer base.
  5. Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
  6. Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
  7. Ensure timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
