The role involves leading service staff, maintaining service standards, and coordinating between kitchen and service teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Supervision & Leadership:
• Supervise and guide stewards, waiters, and service staff during shifts
• Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties
• Train new staff on service standards
• Monitor grooming and discipline of team members
2. Guest Service Excellence:
• Welcome and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure personalized service and up selling of menu items
• Maintain high standards of hospitality at all times
