Business Development (Sales & Marketing) Education and Corporate Training Workshop Areas of Responsibility: Should have an understanding of critical business drivers in the corporate and education training industry Providing market feedback on corporate and educational needs on new products in this field and also on competition Evolving market segmentation penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets Developing and implementing marketing plans with a focus on the launching of courses, advertisements, and other promotional activities Ability to understand the corporate needs for training and talent development and accordingly, customize solutions. Prepare proposals and make presentations for solutions required by the corporate Closely working with internal teams training, academics to prepare proposals and ensure top quality delivery Organise events, communications to build relationships with corporates Tying up with Colleges, Universities, Government Departments and Corporate for assessments, training, collaborations Conducting job fairs and pole campus drives at institutes. Should able to provide vision to the company for future growth, identifying ideas by researching industry Educational Qualification: B.Tech + MBA/ PGDM (Specialized in sales & marketing) Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing; preferably in Education and Corporate Training Skills required: Good understanding of big data, data analytics, and business intelligence Possess good communication (both oral and verbal) as well as presentation skills Ability to work in a team with a professional and positive attitude Understand relationship management,
