Job Description

Position : Business Development ManagerResponsibilities:

  • Responsibility of developing business through sales production on daily basis.
  • Training new management trainees for sales production.
  • Coaching them on daily basis providing clear purpose and direction to the team.
  • Understand and communicate measurable performance objectives with the team.
  • Supervise and allocate work to team members.
  • Recruit and Build an effective team and Develop staff.
  • Identify opportunities for better service delivery and development and convey the same to team members.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and take action when required.
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ month Experience in any Sales & marketing
  • Prefer Local candidate Only
  • Any graduation.
  • Age limit: - 22 to 35
