Job Description

Position: Data Entry OperatorQualification: Graduation/Post GraduationExperience: Minimum 1 years of Experience With Knowledge/Hand in SAPJob Location: Jajpur-KalinganagarType of Job: Back OfficeSalary: 15000/-Job Responsibility

  1. Provide assistance to the Store Officer.
  2. Timely collection of documents from Site/Store.
  3. Maintain Incoming and Outgoing register of documents.
  4. Entry of all Incoming and Outgoing documents in declared format (Excel/ERP) and notifying discrepancies.
  5. Entry of all Incoming and outgoing consignment in declared format (Excel/ERP) and notifying discrepancies.
  6. Preparing Indent documents for lifting of consignment from Store.
  7. Reconciliation of materials with other agencies and notifying discrepancies.
  8. Stock reconciliation Physical stock VS Book stock and notifying discrepancies.
  9. Preparing regular MIS reports.
  10. Customer Services.
