Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Finacle 7x/10x scripting / customization projects.
  • Good knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL.
  • Knowledge of Connect24 application architecture, configuration, scripting and various aspects of performance tuning
  • Provide L2 level support for technical as well as functional issues in Finacle CBS
  • Understanding all the critical activities EOD/BOD related to Finacle application
  • Should have knowledge in DR Drill activity.
  • Knowledge of JAVA will be added advantage
  • Communicate CBS status and critical incidents (SLA breaches, Application Major Incidents) to management.
  • Attend and resolve the customer calls/issues assigned to them from time to time.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Ready to work in shifts including night shift on rotation.
