Position: Field Officer Sales (FOS) LiabilitiesDepartment: Retail Banking Liabilities SalesInterview Mode: VirtualWorking Days: 6 Days a Week (as per bank policy)Working Hours: 9 Hours per DayJob SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Field Officer Sales (FOS) professionals to drive the banks liabilities business. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through field activities.Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business by selling Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Fixed Deposits (FDs).
• Acquire customers for Life Insurance, General Insurance, Credit Cards, and other banking products through cross-selling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Reactivate inactive and dormant customer accounts.
• Conduct field visits, local marketing campaigns, and lead generation activities to increase business.
• Record customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, or Financial Services are eligible to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Comfortable working in a field sales environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in CASA sales, Liabilities Sales, or the BFSI sector will be preferred.
• Knowledge of the local market and an existing customer network will be an added advantage.
