Job Description

Implementation of business plan Schools across locations in the country.
• Achieving the Admissions & Revenue AOP for all the schools.
• Responsible for designing strategies with focus on maximizing performance, driving growth &
generating revenue.
• Manage and Maintain operating budget, set functional review schedules and establish
procedures for business continuity & growth.
• Devise, design and implement various ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and strategy through
various mediums.
• Developing & streamlining systems to enhance operational effectiveness & meet operational
goal within the budget, time & quality parameter.
• Foster relations with school team for smooth and efficient running of the self-managed schools
• Abiding and adhering to all state compliances, CBSE guidelines and affiliation process
• Team Management, Review and Performance Management
