Were Hiring:Customer Relationship ManagerGold Loan (1-3 Years Experience) Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) Location: Odisha Experience Required: 1 to 3 years (Preferably in Gold Loan sales) Key Responsibilities1. Business Sourcing
• Independently generate business from open market channels
• Identify and approach new customers within your assigned catchment area
• Use lead generation tools to build and manage a database of potential clients
• Drive revenue growth by exploring and converting new sales opportunities
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers
• Understand and fulfill customers gold loan requirements
• Ensure excellent service and maintain long-term customer retention
• Focus on loan renewals and repeat business through consistent follow-up
3. Promotional & Marketing Activities
• Conduct on-ground promotional activities to increase business visibility and footfall
• Activities may include leaflet distribution, canopy setups, ATM point activations, etc.
• Actively participate in team campaigns to drive collective growth
Required Skills & Competencies
• Prior experience in Gold Loan sales is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and work independently or as part of a team
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and goal-oriented mindset
