Sales (CNS) To be the face of the organization as health care executive to our customer; To communicate Eisai hhc philosophy and conduct hhc activity with Health Care Professionals; To communicate scientific information of our products to Health Care Professionals; To represent organization to retailers, stockiest, Health Care Professionals like Nurse, Technical staff, NGOs, and senior citizens groups. Conferences / Medical Information / Doctors support Reporing Market Insight Driving Sales / Brand or Product awareness Achieve (where possible exceed) the monthly / quarterly / yearly target for the assigned product portfolio within the territory. To ensure work hygiene i.e. call average, coverage, frequency coverage, monitor prescription sales to ensure maximum patients get benefited from our products. Participate in planning work schedules daily / weekly / monthly timetables; Participate actively in business plans for making sales in the relevant territory; Relationship building Build and maintain positive working relationships with KOL, medical staff and supporting administrative staff; Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector. hhc Activities Review requests for financial assistance for a patient and provide all relevant information of the patient to the support team enabling the support team member to reach out to the patient; Conduct hhc activities to provide hope to patients and caregivers. This may include awareness campaigns on the diseases (i,e Cancer awareness on world tobacco day, breast cancer awareness month, world cancer day etc.), working on increasing awareness in local areas about prevention, treatment options, support available through government / trusts etc. Qualification : B Pharm / BSc graduate Experience : 3 to 6 years experience as Medical representative,
