    Job SummaryProfiles distributors and caters to their requirements to ensure ongoing business from themDescriptionRetail Sales ExecutionActivates MFDs who are industry active and Birla inactive by engaging with these set ofdistributorsDrives ongoing sales from the above defined Cat B & C relationships and contribute towardsclusters/regions achievementsObtains and analyzes information from market to identify new distributions, makes directpitches, liaises with channel partners to increase salesProfiles distributors and caters to their requirements to ensure ongoing business from themEnsures targeted number of gross sales are achieved and achieves targeted amount of newSIPs and Activation of POSDistributor Empanelment &EngagementConducts regular meetings and contact with the distributorsUndertakes Activation of distributors and empanelment (if Required)Disseminates updates and other product related information in timely mannerOrganizes and executes trainings and engagements for partnersReporting and complianceEnsures 100% compliance with internal reporting & audit systemsProvides weekly reports, to Regional Heads and Channel HeadsUpdates sales portal with requisite information to facilitate information collation and analysisUndertakes installation of advertising and publicity materials for brand visibility
