Job Description Roles & Responsibility: Providing Corporate Affairs support to Swash Convergence businesses, contributing to business growth and management of public policy, regulatory issue proactively and play the role of business partner and enabler to the business units. Develop, build and Implement a sound and manageable strategy plan to ensure public policy and legislative objectives are achieved. Strategically monitor, anticipate and manage any possible legislative or regulatory intervention from the Indian central and state governments or sectorial regulators. Create and implement programs that mitigate potential legislative threats or regulatory risk to the business Develop and build robust relationships and open dialogue & drive strong engagement with the various arms of the government and Opposition, relevant stakeholders.
