Job Description

    We are looking for a Leasing Manager in Mall ManagementThis position exists for overseeing all aspects of leasing management, develop leasing plans to identifynew clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.The position is also responsible for proper tenant mix in the property, in line with business strategy andmarket demand, and to achieve the organizations desired business objectives
    • Leasing timelines & budgets
    • Tenant mix & rental schedule
    • Execution & closure of lease as per TAT / plan
    • Collections
    • Management of broker network
    • Reports & MIS
    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain a healthy business transaction with every business
    • Manage retailers to get quick closures
    • Set up leasing timelines and budgets
    • Perform and ascertain tenant mix and rental schedule
    • Lease vacant space according to Plan, execute and closure of leads as per plan.
