Job Description

  • Overall responsibility of all Contract & Commercial activities
  • Would be majorly responsible for the calculation of return on investment
  • Receivables Management: Follow up with parties for collection which includes verbal and written communication with marketing as well as onsite visit (if required)
  • Accounting of payment received and reconciliation of party ledger on periodic basis.
  • Timely Settlement of schemes, claims related to sales
  • Generation of MIS reports related to Debtors for Management through SAP.
  • Identifying and solving the various issues by interacting with the parties and bridging the gap between Finance and Sales.
  • Various MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Cash Flow forecasting.
  • Proper planning and execution.
  • Monitoring of Contracts, LCs etc.
  • Drafting & Preparation of Contract. Negotiations.
  • Cost reporting, Profitability, Reverse Billing.
  • Proper Order Review
  • Providing reports & analysis to support critical business decisions such as cost savings and efficiencies.
  • To keep a perfect account of Billing Status in respect of each Project and to ensure Prompt Billing and Prompt receipt of Payment. If there is delay anywhere, bring to the notice of the concerned Officers and inform the Management.
1. Candidate must be having 60% marks all throughout career.2. Minimum 5 yrs of Experience.3. Should have good Analytical ability in costing.4. Must be well versed with Computers, accounting packages/ software like tally/SAP.5. Must have good knowledge of excel.
