Job Description

    The team youll be part of Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).What you will learn and contribute to Network Planning and Optimization Lead, to support 4G/5G Radio projectsResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction for issues closer and project delivery.Understanding customer s network performance and supporting optimization activities to tune the RF network for better performance/quality and capacity utilizationKPI monitoring at project / regional level and periodical study in order to improve customer s network performance.Analyzing the KPI / counters and performance statistics to identify issues, and solve complex problems.Studying and proposing proactive measures to prevent performance degradation and customer complaints.Covering tasks such as performance audits, quality and capacity optimization, parameter planning, network feature testing and introduction in the network, network statistics analysis, troubleshooting, and performance/capacity management.Independently developing RF optimization plans/solutions, features, and field tests (e.g. drive tests, indoor measurements, etc ).Prioritizing RF optimization activities to address the most critical ones based on customer, end user, and Nokia business impact.Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed, and cloud networks.
