Job Opening: Agency Development Manager Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Location: Agra, Kolkata, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Moradabad, Bareilly, Lucknow, Varanasi, Ghaziabad Salary: Up to 3.9 LPA Reimbursements Incentives (As per industry standards) Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve Sales Targets Through:
  • Recruiting and onboarding agents.
  • Training and developing agents on a commission basis.
  • Supervising the activity plans of all agents to ensure target achievement.
• Performance Management:
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents.
  • Update the Sales Management System with performance data.
• Agent Engagement:
  • Promote and motivate agents for the Career Progression Program to encourage them to join the organization.
  • Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for effective customer management and cross-selling of products.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales.
