Candidate should have knowledge of Trenching, Ducting HDD, OFC laying, pulling, Blowing, and splicing jointing, FMS Termination.Right of way (ROW) Liasioning expertise with NHAI, PWD, RAILWAY, Oil companies, Municipal corporation, Army, and other localagencies while O&M and Project execution works.Knowledge of Handling T&M equipments Optical Fibre Testing & maintained equipments hand on experiences like. Roadometer,OTDR, Splicing Machine, Lesser source power meter, multimeter, Laptop etc.Experience of Optical fibre backbone (BB), Fiber Access (MAN), Operation and maintenance (O&M) responsibility.O&M fault analysis and expertizing in partial fault / Testing, and Basic knowledge of DWDM, SDH, ASON, Transmission faultsO&M deployment and tracking of NLD, Access, Coordinating & monitoring of delivery period with vendors to meet the O&Mproject timelines.Knowledge of OSP, duct, cable FOSC and Tx mission spare Inventory monitoring, tracking and reconciliation with vendorsTo provides clear direction, valuable guidance & coaching to FRT team members.Inventory monitoring, Bill approval, payment reconciliation with vendors, tracking and closure of POs / WOsGIS up-dation for all the network Changes.QualificationExpBE/B Tech/DiplomaMinimum 1 Yrs Exp in Telecom Field of Operation & Maintenance & sound knowledge of OSP Fiber.ITI> 3 Yrs Exp in Telecom Field of Operation & Maintenance & sound knowledge of OSP Fiber.BSC/MSC IT/ Electronic/ Computer scienceMinimum 1 Yrs Exp in Telecom Field of Operation & Maintenance & sound knowledge of OSP Fiber.
